Defects on the jacket

The shoulder straps are uneven the left one is longer than the right. The seams of the sleeves are not even as well. The right fold is not even compared to the left. The jacket is beautiful but the defects are so visible. I want to exchange it but I’m worried the shipping to return it would be pricey.
