RETURNSOur return and refund policy lasts 30 days after receiving the item.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To be eligible for a refund, you must fit the criteria below and your item must be returned to our warehouse.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns without prior advise from our customer service team will not be valid for a refund.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS/SITUATIONS ARE NOT VALID FOR RETURN AND CANNOT BE RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE:
- Intimate apparel
- Change of mind
- Item/s that have been worn/washed/altered
- Item/s that have been with the customer for more than 30 days
- Purchase given as gift and receiver did not accept the item
- Purchase received as gift ( receiver cannot claim refund/exchange, Only the buyer may process the request )
- Personalized / made to order items
To complete your return, we require that you have received instructions from our customer service team regarding the return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The customer shall be responsible for all return shipping cost.
All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed.
