When will my order arrive?
Shipping time is between 12-35 business days. we ship items from several different locations. so shipping time may change depending on your location and availability.

Can I return an item if I'm unsatisfied?
Although currently, we don't have a return policy, we do guarantee 100% satisfaction. So if you have issues with your product we will refund you or send you a new product. (we might require a picture proof).

For size exchange - We will reship a new size for free (if provided a photo proof that the size we sent is wrong), or you can pay a small shipping fee to exchange even without any proof.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering. after that, it will be dependent on whether we shipped the product already or not.

What payment method do you accept?
we accept PayPal or credit card (via PayPal). if you need help Please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Is my payment secured?
Yes. 100% secured. we use PayPal or Stripe to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

How do I order?
When you find the product you would like to buy - simply press "Add to cart" and then "Check out". from there you will only have to enter the shipping information that is required and pay through PayPal.

How do I contact support?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. it's also important to know that some tracking numbers will only work in the origin country. see they will be used as shipment proof only. if a situation arises and you did not receive your product we will refund you or send you a new one.
