To be eligible for a refund, you must fit the criteria below and your item must be returned to our warehouse. 

It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns without prior advise from our customer service team will not be valid for a refund.

  • Purchase given as gift and receiver did not accept the item

  • Personalized / made to order items

To complete your return, we require that you have received instructions from our customer service team regarding the return.
