Beautiful but poor sizing

I purchased the red skirt. It came rolled up in an "extremely tiny package", which was a poor first impression of BNB's customer care. I am a Large but, after reading the reviews of others who suggested to order a size up, I ordered an XL. The skirt is beautiful but I couldn't get it over my thighs. Then I realized it was made in China, which explains everything. Their sizing is totally different than our sizing here in the United States. Needless to say, I want to return it. I tried calling their customer support number but it was not working due to maintenance. I was able to send an email, only to be told that they are not accepting returns. Instead I was instructed to keep the skirt or give it away and they have refunded my credit card. While I am thankful that I received a refund, I am disappointed that the skirt did not work for me.

Support customer service phone number has been under maintenance for days…. The skirt is nice but the sizing is way off and it was shoved into the smallest package BNB could find…As soon as your representative responds to me with a return label, I will be returning it.
